Every session is one hour in a small group with a maximum of 8 members per PT. You are assigned a coach, not left to guess.
A women-only space
Training happens in a private, female-only studio. Supportive, welcoming and hijabi-friendly. Come as you are.
Programmed for progress
Your training is programmed weekly by our PTs. Progress is tracked and adjusted so the results keep coming.

Absolutely. Most members start as complete beginners. Every session is coached in a small group, so you'll learn correct technique from day one and progress at your own pace.
How it all started
Our Story
Welcome to evey! Your women's only safe space to learn how to weight train safely and correctly without the fear of any judgment or negativity.
Evey came about following the founder's journey, a woman who wanted to train in the best places with the best coaches. This meant braving mixed gyms that were male dominated and very intimidating.
She noticed a very prominent difference in the quality of her journey, her end results and the experience level she accessed after taking this brave step. And realised: hang on, this is not what other women are accessing. No wonder so many women are so frustrated with their fitness journey and how to get results. They weren't getting the right guidance, program, training knowledge and equipment to take them there.
This really bothered the founder, and she decided to take her years of training and experience to create a space where women can access the same high level training methods, techniques and equipment that she did. So more women can access training that truly leads to results.
evey was born to bring professional level training to more women and give women the know-how for guaranteed results. We believe our women deserve the best!
